Volunteers to help or contribute any of the following would be
appreciated.
- Bringing EZ-Ups, tables, and chairs
- Setting up the EZ-Ups, eating tables, and chairs for the Pot Luck area
- Receive the food contributions and prepare, slice (whatever),
& place on the serving tables
- Cleanup and remove all entries afterwards
- Fold up all EZ-Ups, tables, chairs
- Generally police and ensure area is cleaned up and left clean
- If anybody attending has a pickup/equivalent space to procure a
half-cord of camp fire wood I will gladly send you a check to do so...
just let me know please !!! This will enable us to have a
great
campfire Friday evening thru very late Saturday night!
- As an important FYI, and to
remember & pay respect to our great friend...
Tim McDonald always provided us with a truck full of wood every year!

- BBQ-Qfest / BBQ Bivouac is a gathering of BBQ
interested people and families. During this particular
weekend the following has happened.
1. BBQ minded folks meet and socialize (we have not done this in a while).
Seminars on outdoor cooking, etc.
3. Numerous potlucks, you may want to Fast before you attend :p
4. A continuous campfire and circle for members, family and friends
to sip,
Relax and
chat and get to know one another better.
5. Members Meeting
BBQ folks meet, camp, socialize,
enjoy potlucks
AND have a CONTINUOUS CAMP FIRE RING TO
SOCIALIZE AROUND
