I was going to send you a proper handwritten thank you, but email is faster and I can't tell you quick enough how much we enjoyed and appreciated yours and Barbara's hard work on Saturday. The food was beyond my expectations and everyone was still raving about it at school today. It really was the perfect combination of food, music, and even the weather cooperated! This was the most successful fundraising event aside from the auction itself and our principal was absolutely thrilled at the result. I have already told the annual fund committee that I want to do it again next year and build on the success of this year's event. As soon as we figure out the date, I will let you know and get us in your book. Thank you again for an incredible evening, Lisa P.S. The principal was being very diplomatic about comparing this year's event with last year's gourmet dinner with the principal. Her band, including her husband, were not so diplomatic. They all agreed the food this year was far better than last year's "chef" dinner, and they said that everyone left last year right after dinner, whereas this time, about 50 percent stayed till the last song. They want you back! |

It was an honor to meet you and your staff. The event is such a special one to our unique group and now that we know you, we’d like to consider you and your staff part of our family. We had such a great time and people are still calling and writing to tell us what a wonderful time they had, particularly the spectacular lunch.
You folks out did yourselves and we commend you on a timely, professional and incredibly delicious BBQ. I knew from the moment I laid eyes on your website that we were in for a treat. I could taste the love right through the monitor. That’s how good your food is.
It was great sharing the day with you and watching you feed the troops. Those are some hungry dudes, eh? Hands down, you guys will be our first and only choice, year after year. Please feel free to stay in touch with us, if for nothing else than to just say, "Hi."
As a side note, I was telling my staff at work today about your finger lick’n good BBQ and I think I made everyone hungry.

This was by far the best BBQ
I have ever had in my life. I am not the only person who had
that opinion. I was told by almost every guest how amazing the
food was, and I got comments like " this is the best meat I have
ever tasted..."
What a class act! You
really know how to do what you do. If you ever need a referral
feel free to use my name.
