  PIN WHEELS

1          package large Flour tortillas
1 lb.    of Cream Cheese
1         packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Style Dressing mix
4 oz.   of chopped olives, black -or- green
4 oz.   of chopped green onions
4 oz.   of chopped pimento -or- sundried tomatoes
4 oz.   of chopped green chili's

Let cream cheese come to room temperature (easier to work with) and stir in Ranch style dressing. I sometimes add a couple of tablespoons of milk to soften and blend the cheese better.

Take a spatula and spread a thin layer of cream cheese mix on as many flour tortillas as mix will cover. Then evenly sprinkle all the olives, onions, pimentos, and chili's over the cream cheese coated tortillas. When finished firmly roll all the tortillas, mixture and all, into a log type thing, put them on a plate, cover, and put in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to firm up. Prior to serving line all the rolled tortillas up next to each other and cut 3/4 - 1 inch wide lengths. Cut as even as possible for the best presentation. Lay flat on plate and serve.

The olives, pimento's, and chili's come in 4 oz. cans at the store. I however just buy the 3 lb cream cheese packages and make bigger batches or whater.
