ENTRY FEE for World Barbecue Association’s 4th World Barbecue Championships is $250.00/U.S.  per team, includes 15’ x 25’ cooking site.

EXTRA 15’ x 25’ SPACE:   $35.00/U.S.    additional.  

ENTRY FEE for KCBS sanctioned Surf & Turf:  $120/U.S. if also cooking WBQA Championship (total for both contests = $250 + $120 = $370).

ENTRY FEE for KCBS sanctioned Surf & Turf:  $200/U.S. if not cooking WBQA Championship is $200/U.S..

Meat Order: All meat used during the competition will be your responsibility.  You may provide your own meat or a local meat vendor is available to provide your team’s meats at a cost.

Notes:

1.  Entry fees must be received by the final deadline of June 15, 2002.  If the fees are not paid by due date, the team will be automatically disqualified.  Mail this completed Entry Form and your team’s fees to:

2.  Space on the competition grounds is limited, entry to the WBQA 4th World Barbeque Championships will be strictly limited to seventy five (75) teams.

3.  Both international and local (U.S.A. teams) entries will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. You are advised to complete and mail your entry form with payment immediately.

4.  Surf & Turf Community Events is a member of the WBQA and has a WBQA Code for life. Therefore all Local (USA) teams which enter the World Barbecue Championships will become members of the WBQA by virtue of the fact that part of their registration fee is deemed to be a membership fee.

5.  International teams that are not WBQA members will need to apply for WBBQA membership (cost is $25/U.S.) and receive their WBQA Code to complete their entry.  Please go to the WBBQA web site at  http://www.wbqa.com/struktur/start_e.html  for complete information on how to obtain your WBBQA membership and receive their WBQA Code.  You may also e-mail zubler@smile.ch with questions regarding obtaining membership/code.

6.  VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE ATTACH YOUR WBQA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS MENU & RECIPES TO THIS FORM, OR SUBMIT THEM BY FAX OR EMAIL ON OR BEFORE JUNE 15, 2002.  See the WBQA World Championships Rules for explanation of why your menu and recipes are requested/required.
